Our Business

All-In-1 Contracting is owned by a husband and wife team that works very hard together in both business and our family life.

Aaron and Monica Peterson originally started the business as part time in 2005. Although idle, Aaron Peterson has been a licensed Timber Operator since 2002. In 2006, we decided it was time to give the world a run for its money. So here we are and we are here to stay.

Together since High School we have made our gradual steps into life seemingly slow, but at a steady pace. Aaron graduated “Class of 1995,” and Monica as the “Class of 1997.” In 1998, named after Aaron’s grandfather, Richard Peterson was born March 27th, first born son. In 1999 Aaron gave his name to Monica under the magnolia tree in Ukiah, CA- “long overdue.” On August 15 2000, Hailee Peterson arrived into this world, first born daughter. Six years later, December 21 2006, Aaron Peterson Jr. arrived, a third miracle. So in a nutshell, Aaron and Monica are building their business with the same strategy they have built their family with: “One strong step at a time!”

We believe that being professional, reliable and most importantly honest will help us build a strong business that we will someday pass on to our children.
